چکیده

In the communities of Sierra Mojada and Viesca, Coahuila, Mexico Coahuila desert, two rhizosphere samplings candelilla (Euphorbia antisyphilitica Zucc) were collected to isolate, characterize, identifying plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR); 165 tested in vitro with Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings evaluate their potential as growth promoters, obtaining 21 strains best results variables number secondary roots fresh weight concerning uninoculated control. Their salinity tolerance was evaluated at concentrations from 0.85 M, 1.7 M 2.55 NaCl. Biochemical tests accomplishing such siderophores production, phosphates solubilization, production Indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), activity ACC deaminase enzyme. The obtained selected, high activities organic substances like a since they developed translucent orange halo around growth; four clear bacterial thickness between 1.487 mm ± 0.667 5.267 0.704 solubilization; showed presence this phytohormone, values from 4.444 μg mL-1 19.286 mL-1; according enzyme, 0.424 1.306 µmol α-KB/h/mg Pr showed. 16S rRNA sequencing carried out genus identified Bacillus, Staphylococcus, Acinetobacter, Cronobacter Siccibacter. show isolated promoters increase biomass is evident. This first indication proceed carry different phenological stages crops agricultural importance.

Effects of Plant Growth-Promoting Rhizobacteria on Loblolly and Slash Pine Seedlings

Loblolly and slash pine seed were inoculated at sowing with 1 of 12 different strains of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) in the greenhouse. Time to germination and seedling densities were determined at 21 days, and seedling biomass was measured at 12 wk after sowing. All bacterial strains significantly increased the speed of seedling emergence over nontreated pine seed. By 12 wk, ho...
